Based in our Port Lincoln Community Bank,we will support you to achieve a Certificate III in Business.
This is undertaken as paid on-the-job training within work hours and in conjunction with a registered training organisation.
In return you'll receive a 12 month full-timecontract, with salary paid based on the National Training Award.Based on the needs of the business, there is potential for this to lead into an ongoing opportunity.What you'll bring to the roleTo succeed in this role, you'll consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
We'd love you to have:The ability to quickly learn new systems and processesConfidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phoneAn ability to articulate and share what makes our bank differentDrive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goalsExperience in customer service - this is a plus but certainly not essential, we understand that you may be starting out in your professional careerOur Community Banking ModelCommunity Banking operates on a shared revenue model based on 'profit-with-purpose'.
