In your role as a Trainee Customer Service Officer, you will receive training to assist customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, and recommend the bank's products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.

Based in our Port Lincoln Community Bank, we will support you in achieving a Certificate III in Business.
This is undertaken as paid on-the-job training within work hours and in conjunction with a registered training organisation.
In return, you'll receive a 12-month full-time contract, with salary paid based on the National Training Award.
Depending on the needs of the business, there is potential for this role to lead to ongoing opportunities.
What you'll bring to the role
To succeed, you should consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
We'd love you to have:
The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Confidence to communicate effectively with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
An ability to articulate what makes our bank different.
Drive for collaboration — mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
Experience in customer service is a plus, but not essential — we understand you may be starting your professional career.
