Responsibilities
Manage and organise online and offline Binance communities and meet-ups across the MENA region with a focus on our Levant markets.
Engage with our community on various social media channels and create content aimed to build and maintain relationships.
Assist with Binance Angels recruitment and relationship management.
Promote the Binance brand and provide excellent customer service to community members.
Create, translate, and proofread community-related content for Binance, focusing on Arabic, English & French speaking markets.
Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the local user base and awareness.
Assist on moderating the regional Binance social media platforms and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement.
Share market and user feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams.
Requirements
Crypto & Binance enthusiast with experience using Binance's products & services (Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, Binance NFT etc.)
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies/trends and a strong interest in crypto culture (Blockchain, Wallets, DeFi, Web3, NFT etc.).
Relevant experience creating and curating content for our social media platforms.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Telegram, and Discord to engage with our community and build/maintain relationships.
Experience establishing KPIs, delivering, reporting, and empowering others to achieve targets. Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done.
Proven community or event management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, starting an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter).
Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
