- We are seeking a compassionate
- **Community Support Worker **to join our
- **Disability Services Program**, working with Older Adults who require support in to access the community and require support to manage metal health related conditions. A variety of community day shifts in a
- **part-time capacity **are on offer as well as the possibility to work across our other- Reporting to our Community NDIS coordinator, you will provide empathic person-centred care for our consumers, that aims to strengthen their skills to live the life they choose.- Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when delivering culturally informed support to consumers, accessing relevant community services, as well as when working as part of an inter-disciplinary team.- Now... to ensure that our consumers and staff get to experience your brilliance, it is essential you possess:
- Cert III in Individual Support (Disability)
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module _Quality, Safety and You_
- evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations
- full working rights in Australia
- Drivers Licences and working motor vehicle
- experience in supporting consumers with complex mental health issues (desirable)
