Being Human Support Services is a provider of support services to individuals in need. We are dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients by offering personalized care and assistance. Currently, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team and provide exceptional support services to those who require it.

As a Support Worker specializing in community living, you will play a vital role in helping our clients by providing care, support, and assistance in the community. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Building strong, supportive relationships with individuals in need.
- Assisting with daily living activities, Domestic Assistance
- Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance the overall well-being of our clients.
- Promoting independence and encouraging clients to engage in social and recreational activities.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families to create a personalized care plan.
- Documenting client progress and reporting any concerns to the appropriate supervisor

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in individual support
- Experience as community support worker or a related field is preferred.
- Compassion, empathy, and a strong desire to improve the quality of life for others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of our clients.
- NDIS check
- Current Police check
- First Aid and CPR
- Manual Handling certificate
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a must.
- A background check and references.

**Salary**: $30.61 - $38.00 per hour
