Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality support to individuals living with a disability. Your primary responsibility will be to empower and engage individuals in their daily routines and specific goals.

Key aspects of personal care, daily life skills, community access, medication, social, and emotional support are essential for this role. You will work closely with clients to explore their passions and interests, making every day rewarding and fulfilling.

Hours can be flexible to suit your availability, allowing you to pick your own rosters and hours that work for you.

Essential Criteria
  • Minimum 6 months paid experience in supporting individuals living with a disability
  • Valid National Police Clearance obtained within the last 12 months
  • High Manual Handling skills and experience including hoisting, sliding sheets, and assisting with transfers
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Medication Administration Assistance certificate and practical experience
  • Employment Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Current First Aid (HLTAID003) and CPR (HLTAID001) certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • COVID-19 Infection Control Module
  • Compliance with current WA COVID-19 vaccination requirements
  • Right to work in Australia
