Your key responsibilities will be to:Be involved in a high-level operating model for the strategic implementation of a biobank frameworkProvide high level support in the strategic implementation of the programCollaborate with stakeholders within the schools, hospitals, and collaborators, to support meeting priorities and objectives of Biobank facility developmentResearch business case recommendations, and papers related to Biobank projects and initiatives impacting the compliance, safety, and efficiency in using and maintaining the Faculty Biobank facilitiesIdentify and analyse emerging risks to Biobank facilities and recommends mitigation, minimisation, and elimination strategies and procedures.About youTo be successful in this role, you:Have fantastic writing and communication abilities, with experience writing and curating business reports and proceduresHave an understanding of biobank governance requirementsPossess demonstrable project coordination skills, and experience with change plans and programsPossess of state and federal laws related to biobanking, including (not limited to) the NSW Human Tissue Act and the NHMRC National Statement on Ethical Conduct in Human ResearchPossess accuracy, attention to detail, planning and analysis skills together with problem-solving and the ability to use initiative and exercise sound judgementCan work both independently and as part of a team, taking the initiative and exercising sound judgement in resolving matters that may arise as part of normal daily work.
