Biobank and Clinical Cohorts Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Biobank and Clinical Cohorts Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a high-level operating model for the strategic implementation of a biobank framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide high-level support in the strategic implementation of the program, collaborating with stakeholders to meet priorities and objectives of Biobank facility development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research business case recommendations and papers related to Biobank projects and initiatives impacting compliance, safety, and efficiency.
  • Analyze emerging risks to Biobank facilities and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure operational excellence.

About You:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise reports and procedures.
  • Demonstrable project coordination skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of biobank governance requirements, including state and federal laws related to biobanking.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, planning, and analysis skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving ability and sound judgement, with the capacity to make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • State and federal laws related to biobanking knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
