The City Life Directorate delivers personalised and public services to enhance community life, including family, aged and leisure and cultural services.

**About the Role**

You can also expect to:
Provide advice and support in the delivery of innovative library services to promote literacy and lifelong learning opportunities
- . Create partnerships with our community and network with other libraries and service providers to develop programs and events for adults in the community
- . Provide advice and enhance the delivery of services, programs and projects
- . Participate in the development and implementation of practices, guidelines, policies and procedures to enhance service delivery
- . Work on rostered desk shifts at all libraries including a regular Saturday, up to one every four weeks
- .

**About You**

We are looking for a someone who has:
TAFE Diploma (AQF) in Library and Information Services or equivalent experienc
- e Minimum 3 years (part-time or full-time) experience working in a library environment and using library system
- s Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service within a busy and dynamic environmen
- . A current Working with Children Check Numbe
- r Current Driver's Licence Class C and/or willingness to travel between Bayside Library locations
- . Current First Aid certificate relevant to the role or willingness to obtain.

**Salary Range**: $76,277.37 to $85,430.69 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation
