ChoiceOne is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and capable Practice Manager

As the Practice Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic. Your strategic thinking, exceptional organisational skills, and commitment to excellence will ensure our client's patients receive the highest quality care in a supportive and welcoming environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Risk management and quality improvement processes
- Financial management including overseeing all billing, banking, monthly reconciliation, ordering, cost reduction, budget targets, statements, coding, approval of all accounts payable invoices, debt collection and providing reports to the health management team
- Management of rosters, timesheets and assisting with staff recruitment
- Training and supervision of staff and conducting performance reviews
- Answering phones and maintaining communication with clients

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous Practice Management experience
- Knowledge and experience using Genie & Best Practice software
- Intermediate to Advanced level of experience in all Microsoft office suites
- Leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop quality working relationships
- Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Be highly organised and able to work well under pressure
