With backing from our investors, including Blackstone, this is just the beginning...Come join the A-Team at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground.A SnapshotAs the Senior Property Analyst based in our HQ in S ydney , you will report to Director, Property Operations and work closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific & Japan region , making your mark in a number of ways:The role is responsible leading operational analysis and reporting related to management of assets within AirTrunk portfolio of hyperscale data centres, covering Asia Pacific & Japan's regions.Your Day to DayPreparing, analysing, and consolidating property and financial data for asset management reportsProvide updates and reports on financial & operating performance of assetsLead financial modelling and feasibility analysis to support strategic decision-making across the APJ portfolio Preparation of property related statistics (capex and opex cost analysis, cash flow analysis)Lead asset performance analysis and identifying opportunities to enhance portfolio returns and cost reductionContinuously improve and implement business processes related to financial performance and analysis of owned assets and implement systems to enhance efficiency.Oversee complex research initiatives and provide strategic insights to guide the Operations team and senior leadershipResponsible for reporting, presentation and updates related to asset management for internal stakeholders and executive teamWork with Director, Property Operations and Finance team on financial and technical due diligence related to disposal of assets or restructure of the assets within portfolioRequirementsTertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Business or equivalent discipline7+ years of experience in property analysis, asset management or similar rolesStrong analytical & financial modelling skillsIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS-Project)Excellent Communication skills both written and oral, and the ability to converse with all level of staff from senior level management to technical staffThe AirTrunk CultureWorking at AirTrunk is a once in a lifetime opportunity to fast-track your career and amplify your impact.
