A great opportunity has become available to join a friendly team working in a large enterprise environment based in the heart of North Ryde, Sydney - a permanent role. In this role, you will provide premium Level 1 Support to users and will be working on a busy Service Desk. The customer is at the heart of all this business does, so it's really important that you enjoy helping solve their problems.
To be successful you will thrive on providing exceptional customer service and will have excellent communication skills and a clear friendly phone manner. Full training will be provided.

**Skills**
- Your role will include providing comprehensive first-level support
- Ability to work independently & effectively as part of a busy Service Desk team
- Able to work under pressure in a busy phone-based environment
- Able to support & communicate effectively and professionally with a diverse range of users, explaining complex technical issues in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
**Experience**
- IT Qualification is viewed favorably, however not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and MS Exchange
- Great documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve user issues in a friendly manner
To be considered for this role you must be eligible to work in Australia and will be required to undergo a Police Check.
