We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Customer Service/Administration Assistant to join our team.
**About the Company**
Jaybel Office Choice offers businesses tailored solutions for their Office Supplies, IT, Furniture, Educational products, Uniforms, Promotional Products, and Custom Printing. We have experienced exceptional growth in the past few years, making us one of the largest independently owned office supplies companies in the industry.
**The role**
As part of the customer service team, you will be providing support to our customers, working with suppliers and internal teams.
Some daily responsibilities include:
- Processing Orders.
- Raising Quotes.
- Handle and resolve customer enquiries.
- Maintaining System Data.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Managing workflows.
**You**
Ideally, you will have previous customer service or administration assistant experience, strong organisation, attention to detail, fantastic communication skills with the ability to work well autonomously and within a team. As well as a desire to deliver the highest level of customer service.
Experience in the office supplies, uniform or promotional sector is advantageous but not essential.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Admin or Office: 1 year (required)
