**PART TIME - Customer Care & Admin Assistant**:
We're looking for an outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Care department to provide exceptional customer service If you love interacting with people, good at work prioritisation and a strong problem solver, you're exactly who we're looking for

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Answering and resolving phone calls and text enquiries
- Answering and resolving all social DMs & comments
- Assisting with administrative duties on Shopify

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication skills both written and over the phone
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience using zendesk or other enquiry based platform is preferred but not essential
