**Represent one of the world's most recognisable automotive brands Located at our recently opened and state of the art showroom in Hendra, we are looking for a well-presented and reliable individual to be a central component of the SD Autobody customer experience.**

SD Autobody is now seeking an Accounts Administration Assistant to join their team.

This role will see you working out of our Hendra office - This is a unique role that will provide opportunity to utilise your administration, accounting, and customer service skills by providing support to SD Autobody and the Sime Darby Motors Accounts team.
- Previous knowledge of general bookkeeping and office administration practices
- Previous experience working in the autobody / automotive industry is preferred however not essential
- The ability to manage conflicting deadlines and prioritise workload accordingly.
- Confident problem solving and assessment skills.
- strong numerical and literacy skills.

**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:
**Body shop admin and accounting**
- Assist with administration and the completion of time and attendance for payroll.
- Accounts payable and receivable for the Bodyshop.
- Processing invoices and issuing payment to suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep the body shop accounts system maintained and updated.
- Maintain and the reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

**Group admin and accounting**
- Work closely with the Group accounts team to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and analysis.
- Active involvement and participation in the preparation of end of month accounts as well as involvement in end of year audits.
- Assist with entering vehicle invoices.

**Body shop customer service support**
- Provide reception support as required (during staff absences or planned leave).
- Complete job files with great accuracy on the arrival of the customer whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Host customers in the reception area as required.
