Working in Sydney's most luxurious property, you'll deliver exceptional service experiences for our VIPs and Villa guests, as well as our on-site residents of One Barangaroo.
We're looking for someone who is meticulously detail-oriented and is passionate about providing bespoke guest and resident experiences that are second-to-none.
Your role will involve:Supporting the smooth daily operations of the Villa departmentDelivering tailored and personalised services to guests and VIPsWelcoming and serving as the primary contact for VIP guests and residentsAnticipating and fulfilling individual preferences and requestsEnsuring Villas are impeccably maintained and presentedCoordinating food and beverage services and promoting Crown Sydney's facilities and eventsMaintaining confidentiality and discretion at all timesCollaborating with internal teams including Front Office, Concierge, VIP Gaming, F&B, Maintenance, and SecurityProviding guidance and directions around the complex and local areaAbout you:Experience in a premium or luxury hospitality environmentProven ability to deliver bespoke customer experiencesStrong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skillsComfortable using technology and adapting to new systemsExcellent time management, organisation, and communication skillsProfessional presentation and attention to detailExperience in food and beverage service is a plusCurrent RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain)Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rosterWhat we offer you: Opportunity to work in Sydney's most luxurious propertyExcellent team and supportive leadershipTailored uniforms provided and laundered free for every shiftGenerous discounts across all Crown hotels and restaurants Australia wideComplimentary meals at our on-site staff restaurant (hot meals, salad + sandwich bar, fruit, pastries etc)Access to discounts with our various corporate partners across travel, insurance, heath & wellbeing, fashion, banking & finance, technology, parkingAdvertising closes midnight, Tuesday 30 September.
