Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of luxurious.

The successful applicant will be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with luxury service expectations. They will ensure personalized, efficient service is provided to all guests, embracing the service culture of Butler service.

  • Provide warm, welcoming service without compromise to all guests.
  • Work cohesively as a team member.
  • Report to the supervisor during the rostered shift and complete all duties assigned by the supervisors and team leaders.
  • Initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Liaise with Chef/Kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.
  • Ensure all Food & Beverage is served according to luxury standards and exceeds the expectations of our guests.
  • Ensure the presentation of Food & Beverage within the establishment is of a high, luxury service standard.
  • Maintain product knowledge of all menus and wine lists in order to advise and make recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure you have a good understanding of allergens and dietary requirements.
  • Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy.
  • Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests' arriving.
  • Carry out any additional duties as requested by the manager and designated leaders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Always display a professional appearance, representing our brand.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
