- _seeking a driven and energetic
**_ Mobilisation Officer_**:

- _to join our fast-growing East Coast team, based in our busy Port Melbourne office.

**The Role**

Duties will Include, but are not limited to:

- Onboard new starting employees
- Working closely with the operations team to ensure new employees scheduled onto jobs are compliant and processes are followed
- Organising, updating qualifications, inductions and liaising with training providers
- Maintenance of internal and external systems to ensure personnel information is kept up to date
- Supporting the East Coast team with onboarding of new personnel for rail and non-rail jobs
- Providing regular updates to internal teams regarding the mobilisation of new workers and teams deploying to jobs
- Utilising external portals (example: RIW system) to ensure all employees are compliant for selected roles
- Organising PPE stock, office supplies, travel and accommodation as required
- Be solutions driven, consistently looking for ways to improve processes and procedures
- Liaising with the Category 5 Superintendents/Supervisors and actioning any requests in a timely manner

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Certificate III Business - equivalent or higher - **_desirable, not essential_**:

- Knowledge of the Rail industry - **_highly advantageous_**:

- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- An understanding of national units of competency/qualifications - **_highly advantageous_**
