About the Role:

As a Mobilisation Coordinator, you will play a key part in the success of our project at Frankston Hospital Refurbishment. You will be responsible for managing daily schedules and providing administrative support in meetings and triage queries and correspondence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedules and provide administrative support in meetings and triage queries and correspondence.
  • Undertake core operational administrative data entry and reporting functions as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of mobilisation activities and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

The Skills and Qualifications We Need:

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, preferably in facilities management or construction. You should have high-level organisation and administration skills, ability to manage and set multiple schedules, proficiency in full Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
