Support the HR team at Truck Centre (WA) with end-to-end HR administration, recruitment, and employee lifecycle tasks in a modern, supportive environment.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high quality HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews, data entry, documentation, and offboarding
  • Managing the administration of the TCWA Apprentice & Trainee program
  • Coordinating TCWA's work experience program
  • Monitoring the HR and Apprentice inbox and assisting with queries, escalating as required
  • Assisting with reporting, data entry, and compliance tracking
  • Assisting in coordinating training requests and tracking completion
  • Maintaining and updating personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting the HR team with a range of generalist and project-based tasks
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of HR events
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks including filing and data management
About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A recent HR degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong administrative skills
  • A passion for HR and a can-do attitude
  • An interest in developing and establishing skills in HR
  • Proactive and organised approach
