About the Role:

This is a perfect opportunity fora HRGraduate to join a reputable high-profile contractingcompany for our 2024 and 2025 intakes. As part of our HR team, youwill work in a diverse environment with the opportunity to beinvolved in various subsidiaries across the NRW Holdings Group.

During the 18-month structured Graduate Program, you will gainexposure to multiple facets of the core HR business processes tobuild upon your skills and knowledge. The position rotates acrossAdvisory, Learning & Development and Recruitment with availableelectives that include Organisational Development, Remuneration andBenefits, Systems and Reporting and Payroll.

You will also be provided with the opportunity to benefit fromour tailored leadership training courses designed for thoseinterested in advancing into leadership roles.

As a HR Graduate, you will be responsible for but notlimited to:

  • Providing assistance to the HR Advisory, L&D andRecruitment teams.
  • Participate in employee relations and industrial relationsmatters
  • Provide accurate and timely reports, information and adviceas required such as end of month reporting, training gapanalysis and mobilisation updates
  • Conducting research on topics as requested by the HRteams
  • Coordinating and executing HR-related projects asallocated
  • Contributing to the development, implementation andmonitoring of policies and procedures
  • Assisting with onboarding/mobilisation of employees
  • Ad hoc administration tasks as required

To be considered for this position, you willrequire:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
  • 1-2 years' experience within the resources industry isadvantageous or relevant vacation placements but notessential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to collaborate within a team environment
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisationalskills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meetstrict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold a high level of integrity, confidentiality, andcredibility
