Seller Partner Marketing Manager, Sell on

- Manage email marketing campaigns in partnership with the key stakeholders. This includes gathering of requirements, design (HTML coding) & development, testing, launch, and reporting.
- Build email programs and execute educational campaigns that drive awareness, adoption and engagement for multiple programs.
- Analyse, report on, and optimise against key metrics including CTR, open rates, revenue impact, and engagement.
- Recommend and implement A/B testing to continually improve performance of communications.
- Develop and lead an annual seller partner marketing plan to align on key growth areas, maintain a project schedule, and make it visible to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Gain subject matter expertise in customer pain points and deliver proactive solutions.
- Track communications best practices, industry trends, and make proactive recommendations.
- Explore opportunities to grow marketing channels and drive seller engagement e.g. Seller App and WhatsApp.
- Design creative assets (Banners, icons) and external facing comms material (PDF Guides (Banners, icons) using both internal and external tools to support marketing campaigns.
