An amazing opportunity now exists for a **Customer Service Assistant** to provide exceptional customer service across all our online channels

**Key responsibilities**:

- Daily processing of returns, exchanges and refunds for all online stores
- Conduct fraud checks on high-risk customer orders
- Managing and resolving customer delivery issues with Australia Post
- Assisting with the product data maintenance across online stores
- Liaising with warehouse to ensure all orders are being despatched correctly and on-time
- Assist in-store retail teams with customer enquiries and requests

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- A positive "can do" attitude
- Knowledge of eCommerce and online shopping
- Ability to resolve customer complaints
- Ability to successfully and safely work under pressure with constantly changing priorities and competing demands
- Excellent time management skills
