About the role

We are now looking for Customer Support Assistants to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, timely support to all Tennis customers and stakeholders.

In this role you will:

- Ensure every interaction is friendly, professional, and efficient for both internal and external stakeholders
- Support the development of user-friendly training materials and contribute to administrative and planning tasks for the Customer Support Team
- Build and maintain positive, solutions-focused relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Work closely and collaboratively with team members in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

- Previous experience supporting a diverse range of people, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and respond promptly and courteously to a range of both
written and verbal requests and tasks
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
