Develop and implement workforce flexibility initiatives to facilitate the introduction and promotion of allied health assistant roles to maximise the delivery of healthcare services across Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD).

Plan, coordinate, and implement allied health workforce flexibility initiatives to ensure effective structures, functions and roles that align with the strategic direction of ISLHD. Identify capability and capacity requirements and plans to ensure alignment of the allied health workforce with ISLHD strategies and objectives.

**A little about us.**

From Helensburgh in the north to North Durras in the south, ISLHD covers an area of 5,687 square kms. That's 5,687 square kms of beautiful beaches, coastal cycling tracks, lush rainforests, incredible bushwalks and friendly people.
