**Nursery Room Leader Opportunity**

Only About Children Altona North are looking to welcome a Room Leader to our Nuresry team in 2025. We are small 48-place service with close ties to the local community and an experienced team of educators supporting our children everyday.

As a Room Leader, the role will see you working in collaboration with the wider team to ensure our children are inspired to learn in a safe and exciting learning environment. In addition, the role will see you:

- Inspire children through play-based and interest focused activities
- Mentor a team of Educator through educational guidance
- Create meaningful partnerships with families, children, and educators to create positive outcomes for all
- Plan and program with support from the OAC Grow Curriculum and EYLF
- Maintaining ongoing records of the children's development
- Maintain an ongoing commitment to child safety and wellbeing in everyday practices
