Room Leader (Senior Educator) Toddler
Location: Taylors Hill – VIC
Centre: Goodstart Taylors Hill
Employment Type: Permanent. Full-time 38 Hours p/week
Pay:
$38.20 - $39.35 P/h + Super
Responsibilities
Lead a room of Educators and deliver exceptional educational programs in the Toddler environment
Take charge of your own room, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
Ensure safety and inclusivity, tailoring learning experiences to meet the needs of all children
Help provide the best start to a child's life and make a lasting impact while growing your career

You'll Need
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current VIC Working with Children Check
