At Only About Children Camberwell, our age groups have their own dedicated outdoor yard. We have eight age-based indoor rooms. These spaces have been specifically created to encourage children in their learning and growth, with a focus on safety and natural elements. We are looking for experienced Toddler Room Leader to join the Camberwell team.

The objective of this role is to provide quality education & care to the children in our campuses whilst providing an exceptional partnership experience with our families. These objectives make up our core OAC offering to families called "The OAC Way".

**Room Leader role**

This role is suitable for an experienced Diploma qualified Room leader. At Only About Children Camberwell, you will lead and inspire the Toddler room team and deliver a quality program.
- Our OAC curriculum is interest based and aims to develop a range of skills including social and emotional development and independence, well-being and school readiness.
- You will supervise and interact with the children as well as supporting / leading group times and facilitating opportunities for children to learn through play.
