Join to apply for the Room Leader role at Nido Early School (Ascot Vale). We are seeking a Diploma-qualified Room Leader to join our team full-time, Monday to Friday.

Overview

Position: Room Leader
Location: Nido Ascot Vale, Victoria

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire your room team to deliver engaging, play-based learning
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate daily routines and educational programs
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual journey
About You
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (essential)
  • At least 2 years' experience as an Educator in a childcare setting
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
