You will be working for an award-winning, established and quality driven manufacturing company, with offices and a beautiful showroom in Mascot, that specialises in producing and supplying their own range of office furniture for companies across Australia.

You will be a creative marketing Graduate, interested in joining a close-knit Marketing team with a focus on the development, implementation and ongoing digital and traditional marketing support for this prestigious office furniture brand. This role will be based in the office full time.

You will work closely with senior management and a team of experienced marketing executives, who will be your mentors and assist you with a successful marketing career in the company.

This role will suit you if you have recently graduated and may have gained some work experience in an internship or while you were studying or you may have had your first job for a year and looking for a new opportunity. This is a junior role where full training will be provided and where the company offers good career progression.

**The role**:

- Assist with developing strategic marketing initiatives and marketing activities
- Implement marketing plans that include print and online content and advertising
- Support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content
- Setup and manage tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
- Maintain marketing materials
- Distribute advertising efforts to appropriate channels
- Assist with developing and managing internal communication systems
- Create, maintain and strengthen the organisation's overall brand through all media avenues
- Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management

**What we are looking for**:

- A recent Graduate with a degree in Marketing
- At least 1 years' experience gained in a B2B marketing environment. This could have been while you were studying, or in an internship or you have gained a year's experience in your first job
- Knowledge of social media, online/digital marketing will be advantageous
- First class communication skills both written and verbal in English
- Proven analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office with some experience using Marketing online tools. You will be tech savvy
- Lots of initiative with maturity, dedication and a proactive approach
- A hunger and desire to prove yourself with a dynamic marketing team in a creative environment
