Service Line Director Emergency

**About the Role**: The role works in partnership with members of the Logan and Beaudesert Health Service (LBHS) Executive and provides strategic advice to the Executive Director, LBHS and relevant Metro South Health (MSH) committees, Clinical Streams, and forums. The role also collaborates in the provision relevant services at the Beaudesert Hospital.

**You will**:

- Lead and manage the Service Line to align with the vision and priorities of Logan and Beaudesert Health Service and Metro South Health.
- Provide effective executive leadership to the Service Line and support senior clinical and administrative staff to collaboratively achieve the clinical, operational, and financial objectives of the Service Line.
- Provide authoritative and strategic advice to the Executive Director LBHS, other MSH Executives and MSH Executive and Peak Committees in the strategic development and management of clinical services.
- Collaborate with Executives and Senior Clinicians from across the State in the development of system level guidance and strategies for relevant services.
- Lead the strategic and operational service planning and expansion for the Service Line, including for the Logan Hospital Expansion Program (LHEP).
