We're on the hunt for a hands-on, passionate, and experienced Head Chef to lead our tight-knit kitchen brigade of 7–8 chefs and bring fresh energy to our fast-paced venue.
What we're looking for:
A calm and capable leader with at least 1 year of Head Chef experience
Someone who thrives in a fast-moving kitchen and leads from the front
A chef who's adaptable and confident juggling busy bistro service and function catering
A team player who can bring fresh ideas and inspire their crew
What You'll Bring to the Table
Solid experience in menu costing and wastage control
A knack for balancing creativity with consistency
Confidence managing large-scale functions and brewery events
Familiarity with culinary trends and kitchen optimisation
Experience with rostering, stock control, and cost management
Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and kitchen software
A passion for community engagement and business growth
