- UGL Fuels & Energy line of business are seeking interest from experienced Health, Safety & Environment Advisor's to join on a permanent position based South of Perth, WA. As part of the Fuels & Energy portfolio, this position will be working on a secured contract with a major oil and gas distributor.

**About the role**

The
**HSE Advsior** is a key role providing advice and support to the site management and drive improvements in HSE performance through alignment and delivery of programs, and identification and management of HSE risks across the contract. Based at Kwinana Fuel Terminal (ex BP Refinery) and supporting a network of terminals across WA.

The position also provides advice to support and maintain a safe and healthy workplace and for adherence to company policies and applicable laws, regulations and standards for the workplace.

**About you**

To be considered for the role the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

- 5 years' experience in HSE role in a high risk industry for major resources sites within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Chemical industries
- Excellent knowledge of the relevant HSE legislation
- Demonstrated capability to develop and implement HSE management systems
- Experience in leading incident investigations, reporting & presenting outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple competing stakeholders demands in a time critical environment
- Collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team providing mentoring and coaching to individuals
- Open to travel supporting a network of terminals in West Australia
