**About us**

**Business College at IH (ihBC), is a division of International House Sydney, one of Australia's most highly regarded VET, English language and Teacher Training Centres. ihBC delivers VET courses in Business, Project Management, Leadership & Management, Social Media and Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communication and Information Technology across 5 States and Territories.**

**We are currently seeking outstanding contractor casual trainers to join our dedicated team for **_face-to-face _**_classes _**at our Southport campus for the following courses**:

**_Note: It is advantageous if hold one or more of the qualifications listed above but not essential as long as you can show significant industry experience and professional development to be able to map to the units delivered. _**

- **_An experienced, current, innovative and qualified Trainer and Assessor _**:

- **_A Trainer who can engage and motivate students by delivering exciting classes and have the ability to deliver training in different study modes _**:

- **_Someone who is ready to go above and beyond for the business people of tomorrow _**:

- **_Highly developed interpersonal skills and communication skills _**:

- **_Ability to show initiative and work independently _**:

- **_Solid understanding of the BSB training packages and VET industry _**
- **_Current Industry and VET experience. You must have practical industry experience in the relevant field and be able to develop learning and assessment tools; _**
- **_Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116; _**:

- **_Qualifications relevant to the scope of teaching or Diploma or higher level qualification in adult education _**
- **_Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) activities in the relevant area _**:

- **_Practicing Trainers and Assessors must also provide evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) activities for the VET industry in training and assessment _**
