Job Description

Our campus on the Gold Coast is currently offering an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Trainer to deliver face-to-face training in VET IT qualifications.

As a Registered Training Organisation with a high-standing reputation, we offer quality education for both domestic and international students around Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging sessions that encourage strong attendance, active involvement, and successful completions via quality assurance practices with training and assessing.
  • Comply with industry standards, organisational policies and procedures.
  • Assess training program effectiveness by gathering feedback, measuring learning outcomes, developing engaging activities, and conducting assessments.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a VET Trainer.
  • Relevant VET qualifications.
  • Current industry experience (minimum of three years).
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) (minimum).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in using necessary software and tools.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry (ICT) standards.
  • Continuous professional development evidence per term.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
