Business Course Trainer

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Business course trainer to join our academic team at our Gold Coast campus. The position involves delivering vocational courses to international students.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, evidence of ongoing professional development, and industry currency in each field. A solid knowledge of NVR requirements for VET RTOs is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop training materials that meet ASQA requirements
  • Participate in the regular Assessment validation and moderation process
  • Develop and ensure the implementation of learning materials as required
  • Ensure content delivery and interaction
  • Assessment of learner competency against various performance criteria

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
  • A recognized qualification in each field (Business)
  • Training and Assessment experience in the VET sector, including experience with student engagement, retention, and support strategies
  • Preferred minimum of a year teaching experience
  • Experience working with international students
  • Moderate computer literacy (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
