Role and Responsibilities
We're looking for a proactive and highly organisedExecutive Support Officerto join our dynamicResearch Assuranceteam.
In this role, you'll provide high-level administrative and executive support to theGroup Director, Research Assurance, and team members—helping drive operational excellence and strategic outcomes.
Provide confidential, high-level support to the Group Director and team
Prepare and coordinate correspondence, reports, and presentations
Manage calendars, prioritise requests, and track deadlines
Support procurement, recruitment, project and financial administration
Maintain databases, generate reports, and manage key systems
Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and stakeholder engagement
