**Full Job Description**

We have a number of clients across Melbourne looking for outstanding Administration / Reception with
**recent public practice experience **and a drive to succeed.

**About you**:

- Reception/Administration experience within Public Practice is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Self-motivated and the wiliness to learn
- High attention to detail
- Experience across MS Office Suite skills and other systems/platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work well under pressure
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external clients

**Some of the duties include but not limited to**:

- Manage reception and ensuring calls are dealt with in a timely and professional manner and messages are relayed appropriately
- Greeting visitors and internal stakeholders
- Setting up rooms for internal and external meetings
- Provide administrative support to the business as required, e.g. liaising with suppliers and prepare general correspondence
- Document management; scanning, filing, and archiving of documents electronically
- Collect incoming mails from post office and direct to relevant department head
- Ordering office stationery
- Office coordination
- Organising staff events and catering
