You will be the subject matter expert on all technical aspects of the scheduling solution and will take a customer-first approach when driving solution changes and enhancements.What YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKEYou will be immersed in the solution, testing and configuring new functionalities, proposing and driving system enhancements, and working with key stakeholders to achieve clear outcomes aligned with the primary objectives of the function.Customer Obsessed & Delivering Service Like No OtherSupport end users with technical inquiries regarding solution functionality.Develop and enhance functionality with a focus on user experience.Maintain user trust through ongoing solution performance and maintenance.Driving Commercial & Operational AchievementConfigure and test solution changes.Drive process and solution improvements through effective analysis.Ensure delivery of optimized schedules by maintaining key business drivers.Engage with external support stakeholders to drive future changes and improve solution performance.Identify and resolve critical solution deficiencies/risks with vendor support.Leading Self, Leading & Empowering OthersLead yourself to ensure empowerment, capability, and accountability in delivering priorities.Promote a thriving team culture focused on achievement, empowerment, inclusivity, and innovation, valuing continuous learning and customer-centricity.Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.Partner cross-functionally to ensure shared success and champion best practices, building capability and confidence across the business.Adhere to David Jones' cultural foundations and policies, including the Code of Ethics & Conduct.Work Health & SafetyMaintain a safe working environment for all team members, contractors, and visitors.Implement and adhere to WHS policies, procedures, and training requirements.Consult and avoid introducing hazards or breaches of WHS legislation.Report injuries or hazards and support return-to-work programs.Other Responsibilities to AchieveMaintain system configurations in accordance with industry awards and employee payment principles.Perform other duties as required.What YOU'LL NEED TO THRIVEExperience with scheduling and workforce management systems such as Reflexis/Zebra, Kronos, Workday, or similar.Ability to configure and customize scheduling software to meet specific needs.Skill in managing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy.Understanding of labor laws and regulations related to scheduling.Ability to extract insights from scheduling data via analytics and reporting.Effective stakeholder communication skills.How WE MEASURE ACHIEVEMENTAchievement will be measured through outcomes aligned with goals such as EBIT, Cost to Serve %, System Performance, and Schedule Productivity, with specific KPIs set annually.How YOU THRIVEOur purpose is to 'inspire like no other,' fostering a THRIVING culture based on behaviors of being Customer Obsessed, Empowered, and Inclusive.
