The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Cost/Schedule Analyst to support the delivery of accurate project cost, schedule, and performance insights. Working closely with project managers and finance teams, you will play a key role in maintaining schedules, tracking budgets, and identifying risks to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6
  • Assist with cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
  • Monitor cost and schedule performance; identify variances
  • Support earned value management (EVM) reporting
  • Collaborate with project and finance teams
  • Prepare progress reports and dashboards
  • Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning

Who are you?

To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in project controls and the technical expertise to deliver accurate, timely insights. You'll be able to combine analytical capability with clear communication to support successful project outcomes.

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • 5+ years' experience in project controls
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel
  • Familiarity with EVM and critical path analysis
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Eligibility for Baseline or NV1 clearance – Must be an Australian Citizen
