Keeper is a small independent and community focussed brewing company that commenced brewing in November 2024 in Brunswick (Vic) and is preparing to activate its "Shop Window/Community Hub, Event Space and Taproom". Presently, there are 3 founding partners and we and seek a fourth partner to be responsible for this part of our business.
- Equity position offered (after 6 months trial). Equity will be issued on top of salary.
- Collaborative management style with all 4 partners managing their respective parts of the business.
- Unique opportunity to become part of the Brewing Industry with proven performers.

We seek a suitably kooky, skilled and passionate Leader to collaborate with us; after all, this is beer and it's located in Brunswick.

A community and event focussed person who is disciplined, a leadership style that can gather a small crew around them to run a cool and alternative venue; simple food (vegans equally impartant as carnivores and vegetarians), a range of craft beers that we admire (and who are independent, not corporate), our beer - of course - plus a great range of wines (our partners are also winemakers) and just as important; cocktails and great non-alc options.

Upstairs will be an event space/music venue with professional DJ equipment installed.

We respect truth (in what we do and make), doing things better, rather than more and having fun with one another as well as with our customers.

We don't sub things out and aim to be better rather than bigger.
