As a Brewery Operations Manager, you will oversee daily brewery activities. This includes managing staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring policy implementation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest experience by promptly attending to their needs.
- Effectively coordinate food and beverage outlet supervision.
- Ensure seamless inter-departmental collaboration within the organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in departments, store rooms, and offices.
- Deliver professional training to team members to ensure consistent high-quality service.
- Frequently monitor par levels and stock inventory.
- Implement and maintain effective health and safety protocols.
- Efficiently manage reservations and cashiering processes.
- Assist other departments or outlets when required.
- Participate in scheduled meetings and perform duties as directed by senior management.
- Ensure security protocols are followed, especially after hours.
- Conduct daily revenue audits and accurate reporting.
- Establish open communication channels with F&B personnel for solid teamwork.

- Able to forecast rosters and manage payroll costs.
