Job Title: Brewery Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Brewery Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless operations. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the brewery, including forecasting rosters, payroll management, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team for evening restaurant operations
  • Manage in-room dining services for 128 hotel rooms
  • Delegate tasks to manage the evening service of the lobby bar
  • Ensure proper training for food and beverage team members
  • Secure the area during shifts and ensure all doors and padlocks are locked
  • Maintain open communication with F&B personnel to foster teamwork
  • Run private functions and special events in the brewery building

Requirements:

At least one year of experience supervising a team in a restaurant or bar environment, Beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge is highly valued, Experience in fast-paced bistro service
