Job Description

Our Brewery is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Community Engagement and Hospitality efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that foster an engaging atmosphere, promote community involvement, and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, planning events, managing food and beverage services, and cultivating relationships with local suppliers and partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in hospitality and community engagement
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of craft beer industry trends and developments
