We are seeking a data-savvy individual with experience in a similar role to join our high performance team at Sydney Airport. Supporting the Manager, Reporting & Compliance this role assists in inputting key customer information to generate reports for our customer service and food safety teams.

**More about this role**:
The Reporting Officer is responsible for processing customer data intelligence reports through our systems that identify key metrics including issues, delays and efficiency gaps. Equally important to this role is the timely issuing of reports and communications to our Operational Performance teams and clients.

**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:

- Ensure all information relating to customer data is accurately recorded and processed into our issues register
- Working with various departments to gather and input data, and producing reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Responsible for generating dashboards for key clients highlighting key metrics data
- Be involved in monthly and quarterly performance meetings for our Tier 1 clients
- Identify trends with data consolidation to support business efficiency
- Establish strong working relationships and effective communication with managers / supervisors and key stakeholders across the organization.
- Share trend data reports to operational management team and follow up on any recommendations or action planning
- Investigate any disputes for rejected reports
- Ensure all staff are trained with the correct reporting systems requirements
- Role model dnata catering values: safe and secure, performance driven, delighting customers, imagination, respect and service excellence.

**What do you need to be successful in the role?**
- Demonstrated success in data capture, reporting, analytics or similar role
- Preferred tertiary and/or technical college qualifications
- The ability to provide problem solving solutions & evaluation skills
- Keen interest in proactively identifying business efficiencies / process improvement
- Strong with Excel and reporting systems preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
- As you will be working in the Aviation Services industry, you will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check.
