Quality Assurance Administrator Officer

We are seeking a driven individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Administrator Officer on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to work within a dynamic and growing organisation.

**Job Description:**

The Quality Assurance Administrator Officer plays a key role within the organisation to ensure medical reports are delivered with high quality and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role is responsible for reviewing and finalising independent medical reports according to Medilaw NSW Quality criteria and facilitating the administration of Consultant reports to support the delivery of Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) and related products.

- Undertaking quality reviews of IME reports and products
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with consultants and other key stakeholders
- Liaising with Consultants and other relevant stakeholders as necessary to resolve report queries
- Ensuring end-to-end process from transcription to finalisation of reports is completed on time and meets all customer SLAs.
- Responding to incoming inquiries regarding report status
- Coordinating further reports (Supplementary/clarification and superseding requests)

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience working in a similar position or in a medical/insurance related practice (desirable)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- A warm personal approach which is positive, empathetic, helpful and able to work within a confidential environment
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, while maintaining flexibility
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
