**About the Company**

This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and innovative experience within the development of New South Wales government. Our client is looking for a Reporting Officer to generate and implements effective and informative reports to clearly demonstrate business performance outcomes, stakeholder and customer benefits and alignment with strategic objectives.

**About the Role**
- Assist in the production of performance reporting and visualisation development to help drive insights on strategic priority areas into the business.
- Develop and implement a range of internal reporting initiatives to connect with staff and support team building, track accomplishments, articulate pipeline of work and support performance uplift and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and contribute to the production of regular and ad-hoc quality reporting across a range of for internal and external performance.
- Contribute to the maintenance of reporting systems to enable efficiency and delivery of business objectives.
- Assist with the business planning process and provide support to Business Unit leaders to facilitate aligned and integrated business plans.
- Support the preparation of responses to correspondence, briefings and external enquiries to provide accurate information and feedback.
- Contribute as a team member to help co-ordinate a range of internal and external communications for the Business Units required.

**About You**
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and build networks.
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practice in communicating complex information in clearly and humanised way across various channels.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgement, particularly in matters of great political sensitivity, strict, confidentiality and/or potential controversy.
- Experience in Qualtrics is desired.
