What You'll Be Doing
Providing job placement services within the WorkSafe scheme, helping injured clients find new employment
Assisting clients on their journey back to work
Marketing clients' skills to meet employers' needs
Using communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with insurance companies, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
What We're Looking For
Understanding of the labour market and the ability to identify vocational options for clients
Ability to engage and motivate injured clients to return to work with confidence
Strong communication skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders
Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and injury management
Flexibility to travel in Ballarat and the metro region
Who You Are
You're a Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC-accredited), Psychologist or Osteopath (AHPRA registered), or have significant experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and Job Placement Services, with a drive to make a difference in people's lives.
