**About the Role**
Care Connect Support is currently seeking **1-2 female support workers** to join our expanding team in the **Gold Coast / Robina area**. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our **first wave of support workers on the Gold Coast**, with guaranteed growth as we bring on more clients in the area.

We are **expanding from Brisbane into the Gold Coast**, tapping into what we see as a **huge underserved market with high demand and very limited quality support options**. As we continue to bring new clients on board in this region, **staff who take on these initial shifts and build strong relationships with participants will be first in line for all upcoming opportunities** as the workload grows.

**WE DO NOT WANT ANYONE WHO IS JUST LOOKING FOR A PAYCHECK.**

**Initial Shift Times** (Starting Immediately):

- **6:00 am - 8:00 am**:

- **3:00 pm - 6:00 pm**:

- **4 days per week (20 hours,** likely to expand)

A **meet and greet** with the participant is scheduled for **Wednesday, 16 July**, so we're looking to hire quickly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Domestic assistance (laundry, dishes, light tidying, etc.)
- Community access and transport
- Medication prompting
- Emotional and social support
- Accurate shift notes using ShiftCare

**What We're Looking For**
- Female applicants only (Client choice)
- Age: Younger applicants preferred (Client choice)
- Must have reliable transport (own car + licence)
- Clear spoken English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and professional attitude

**Mandatory Requirements**
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Driver's Licence + Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module
- Prior experience in disability/aged care (preferred but not essential)
