The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for supporting and optimising the supply chain operations.
The role involves coordinating supply chain operations, operational problem solving, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle deliveries to our dealer network.Duties / ResponsibilitiesCoordinate service provider interactions, resolve compound issues, and ensure smooth vehicle flow to dealersActively monitor and evaluate damages to improve damage performance and repair turnaround timesWork cross-functionally and with external stakeholders to track and share accurate shipping informationMaintain and enhance daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support supply chain visibility and performanceOrder, shipping, and allocation data processing ensuring data accuracy and promptly resolving errorsMonitor and measure service provider performance against KPIs and implement improvementsOversee compound parts stock levels and manage monthly stock replenishmentAttend weekly and monthly service provider meetings and ensure issues are recorded, monitored and resolved in a timely mannerManage vehicle movements for Company Fleet and Evaluation cars, including registration updates and trackingContribute to functional projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and other assigned tasksSkills and ExperienceTertiary qualifications (or currently studying) in business administration, supply chain management, logistics or related fieldPrevious experience in a similar coordination role (not essential)Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and highly organisedAbility to work autonomouslyExceptional customer service focusContinuous improvement mindset and a can-do attitudeProven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsBasic data analysis and intermediate reporting skillsPrevious experience using Excel, Access, Power BIBecome a vital part of a dynamic team representing one of ANZ's fastest-growing automotive brands
